Business/profession: Retired from AT&T with 29 years service. (was a technical supervisor) Worked for Graybar Elec. Co. for three years after getting out of the Navy where I was an Avaition Electronics Tech. for 4 years.

Home(s) prior to moving to Northeast GA: Childhood home was Chatsworth, GA. Was an Army brat. Lived in Germany for 3 years. Graduated from HS in Monterey, Calif. Stationed at Miramar Naval Air Station near San Diego, lived in the Atlanta area since getting out of the Navy in 1966.

When and why did you come to NE GA? Bought property on Lake Hartwell in 1984. Moved here permanantly when I had no employment reasons to live in a large metro area.

Hobbies and interests: Gardening, boating, computers, photography, goofing off, socializing, electronic toys

Other information, e.g. education, hiking experience, etc.: Graduated from Ga. State U. in 1973 with BBA degree. Majored in Real Estate and Urban Development. Strong emphasis on receiving Veterans Benefits. Did this by going to night school while working full time at AT&T.
