Thousands of Christian Music Fans turned out for Toccoa Fest 2003 on Saturday August 9, 2003.   The day was filled with excitement with all of the gifted musical artists representing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Each of the performers did an excellent job of playing and singing and witnessing for our Lord. The absolute highlight of the day was the altar call given by guest speaker Ken Freeman that saw at least 44 people receive Christ as their personal Savior!!! Many, many others made various personal decisions, recommitments, etc. The day started out hot, but by mid-afternoon, dark threatening clouds moved in and many prayed that the storm would pass us by. Not by coincidence, the storm not only missed us but gave us refreshing cooler air and a nice breeze!
